I was surprized that when I ask if I could still get this serivce for free, with out hesitation, they were willing to work for me. “Everything at Browns was great (5), save price was good (4). Browns is the dealer where I bought my 2009 Camry Hybird. As such I have and plan to continue to bring the car back for all service. While I have some fear the other service providers are not familiar with hybirds and do not want them doing something they do not understand. My price comment is mostly do to the higher than expected cost to replace that hard to get to ‘cabin filter’. Wish Toyota would make it a bit easier, so not Browns issue. the others grat service was getting the warrany and recal work done without question.”- Ronnoll
This review is on a RAV4 with 21,000 miles on its 1 year purchase anniversary. This is the second car we have purchased from this dealer. The cars they have are great and they service what the sell. The only complaint when we bought the car is about the finance guy. He kept trying to re-word things to make them different than what they really were. The service department is quick, and very helpful. Instead of trying to do a quick sale they let me know the condition of tires, brakes, and filters.” -RAV4 1yr
“This is a review of Brown’s Toyota service department. My wife and I have been taking our cars here for awhile, I have since 2004 and my wife as of 2007. My wife has a Camry and I have a 4Runner, every time we bring our cars for service we are greeted almost immediately when we pull in the service bay. Most of the time we make an appointment for our service which is usually an oil change and all we have to do is give our last name and they have everything on record, they even know us by name. Waiting in the waiting area is not bad at all, they have free coffee or tea, TV, and car racing video game as well as computers to use and free wifi if you bring a laptop. I’m very particular about my vehicle and always do a walk around before they drive it off just so they know of any damage or scratches before they take it back for service and always do another walk around when I get my car back and it’s always flawless. My wife and I will continue to bring our cars in for service and my last visit I was walking around the lot and spotted a Rock Warrior Tundra in black that I was checking out but I must resist, just bough my 4Runner.” -Jason M.
“Bought new Toyota Tacoma truck in Ausust 2012. I had a problem with the radio and advised Brown’s Service Department. After verifying my problem, they ordered a new radio. A couple days later they installed the radio at no charge (it was under warranty). No problems since. Very happy” -Barnacle
